HGV Technician London

We are looking for a qualified HGV Technician to work as aid Technician.

You will be carrying repairs in accordance with safe roadside working practices. Duties may take place either on site, at the roadside or at the customers premises.

The Candidate:

· Have NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualifications- or minimum 10 years of experience.

· Will be required to provide own tools box and have valid driver’s licence,

· Be positive and eager to work.

Your Responsibilities:

· Fast and Accurate diagnosis using diagnostic tools and choosing the right repair technique.

· Work independently to maintain and repair DAF vehicles and components.

· Carry out a range of inspections such as MOT, Tacho,

· Provide support and daily monitoring for less experienced technicians,

· Carry out final checks on work that has been completed.

Working Hours: 08:00- 16:30 weekdays- No Saturdays unless on call out- 24 hour call out on alternate weeks.

Salary: Competitive with call out and stand by payments.
