The collaboration provided Excel Resourcing with access to accredited, state-of-the-art training facilities featuring live EV/HV systems, alongside expert instruction from IMI-certified trainers qualified to deliver Level 3 and Level 4 certifications for legally mandated high-voltage work.

To overcome financial barriers, the company strategically leveraged government funding initiatives aimed at green skills development. This approach reduced upfront capital expenditure for the large-scale training rollout and enabled rapid enrolment and certification of engineers, ensuring a swift and cost-effective response to market demand.
